KARACHI: The Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) CSR Central Standing Committee on Medical & Health Sciences organized an Awareness Seminar on the Prevention and Management of Alzheimer’s Disease at the FPCCI Head Office in Karachi.
Muhammad Tariq Hassan, Secretary-General of Pakistan Muslim League (Q), Special Assistant to the Chief Minister Sindh, and President of the Pakistan Body Building Federation (PBBF), attended the event as the Guest of Honor.
The seminar was convened by Dr. Zahid Hasan Ansari, Convener of the FPCCI CSR Central Standing Committee on Medical & Health Sciences, and graced by Mr. Asif Sakhi, Vice President FPCCI, and Mian Zahid Hussain, Chairman of the FPCCI Policy Advisory Board.
Presentations on the Prevention and Management of Alzheimer’s Disease were delivered by Ms. Hania Kazmi, Mental Health Professional, and Madam Fatima Khalfan, CEO of Vcare Social Welfare Society.
A large number of committee members and professionals from diverse sectors attended the session, which aimed to raise awareness about early detection, prevention, and effective management strategies for Alzheimer’s disease.
