KARACHI: Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU) today organized a protest rally to strongly condemn India’s unprovoked aggression against Pakistan on the night of May 6. The demonstration drew widespread participation from students, faculty, and administrative staff, all united in a powerful expression of national solidarity and resolve.
Carrying national flags, banners, and placards, the protesters raised slogans in support of Pakistan’s sovereignty and demanded that the international community take immediate notice of India’s hostile actions. The rally highlighted the unwavering spirit and unity of the Pakistani people in the face of external threats.
Speaking on the occasion, Vice Chancellor Professor Amjad Siraj Memon emphasized, “Pakistan is a peace-loving nation, but we will never compromise on our sovereignty. We stand shoulder to shoulder with our armed forces in the defense of our homeland.”
The event concluded with collective prayers for the safety, security, and continued strength of Pakistan. JSMU reaffirmed its commitment to fostering patriotism and civic responsibility among its students.
