BUNER: Professor Atif Hafeez Siddiqui, Central President of the Pakistan Islamic Medical Association (PIMA), visited the flood-affected areas of Buner along with the PIMA Khyber Pakhtunkhwa team. During the visit, he reviewed PIMA’s ongoing medical relief activities and assured full cooperation and support.
He was accompanied by Dr. Fakhar Alam, Dr. Abdul Hameed, Dr. Danial Ahmed, Dr. Zia-ur-Rehman, and PIMA Buner President Dr. Qadir Khan.
The delegation met with the bereaved families in Bishonai and Pir Baba, offering condolences to those who lost their loved ones. They also visited the PIMA Medical Center, where they met with doctors serving in the field and praised their selfless services.
Professor Siddiqui and his team also inspected the affected areas and visited the Al-Khidmat Center. Later, he held meetings with former PIMA Central President Dr. Abdul Malik, local PIMA members, and other doctors to discuss ways to further improve relief efforts.
