KARACHI: The Minister for Universities & Boards Department and Pro-Chancellor, Mr. Muhammad Ismail Rahoo, has praised the financial management and overall performance of Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS), noting that the university continues to operate successfully through its own resources alongside government funding.
