KARACHI: The Government of Sindh has promoted Dr. Muhammad Suleman to the post of Joint Executive Director (BS-20) at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC), Karachi, with immediate effect.

According to an official notification issued by the Services, General Administration and Coordination Department (SGA&CD), the promotion was made on the recommendations of the Provincial Selection Board-I in its meeting held on December 23, 2025, and with the approval of the competent authority, the Chief Minister Sindh.
Dr. Muhammad Suleman was previously serving as Deputy Executive Director (BS-19). He holds an MBBS degree along with an M.Sc in Medical Administration from the Armed Forces Postgraduate Medical Institute, Rawalpindi, and an MS in Orthopedic Surgery.
Since 2013, Dr. Suleman has been serving in administrative roles within the health sector and is regarded as an experienced hospital administrator with a strong clinical background. His promotion is being seen as recognition of his professional services and administrative contributions to the public health system.
Officials expressed confidence that his leadership at JPMC will further strengthen institutional management and enhance healthcare delivery services at one of the country’s leading tertiary care hospitals.
