Federal Health Minister Mustafa Kamal Inaugurates Sixth Telemedicine Center in Karachi

Karachi: Federal Health Minister Mustafa Kamal on Tuesday inaugurated the sixth telemedicine center in Karachi, a move being described as another practical step toward fulfilling public welfare commitments.

Addressing the inauguration ceremony, the federal minister said the Ministry of Health is taking effective and modern measures to strengthen the primary healthcare system. He noted that the growing population has placed increasing pressure on hospitals, making telemedicine an essential component of the healthcare system.

Mustafa Kamal said that through telemedicine, people in different areas will be able to access uniform and quality medical services, while also receiving timely medical consultation and guidance. He added that the government is committed to promoting the use of digital technology in the health sector to further improve access to healthcare services for the public.
