KARACHI: The Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI) Sindh organized the Best Performance Vaccination Recognition Ceremony 2025 at the Sindh Boy Scouts Association Auditorium, Karachi, to honor vaccinators for their exceptional performance during the year 2025.
The ceremony was held under the leadership of Project Director EPI Sindh, Dr. Raj Kumar, along with the Additional Project Director. Representatives of UNICEF, Gavi, and members of the EPI core team were also present on the occasion.
During the event, certificates and souvenirs were awarded to best-performing vaccinators from all 30 districts of Sindh in recognition of their dedication, commitment, and sustained efforts to protect children through routine and outreach immunization services.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Raj Kumar highly appreciated the role of frontline vaccinators and commended their remarkable performance despite field challenges. He encouraged them to continue working with greater dedication to further strengthen immunization coverage and ensure protection for every child across the province.
The ceremony concluded with a collective acknowledgment of vaccinators as frontline health workers who play a critical role in safeguarding children against preventable diseases in Sindh.
