KARACHI: Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) has assigned a key additional responsibility to Dr. Irfan Siddiqui, Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine, in recognition of his professional contributions and services in the institution's Accident & Emergency Department.
According to an official order issued by JPMC Executive Director Prof. Dr. Khalid Sher, Dr. Irfan Siddiqui has been designated as Academic and Administrative Coordinator/Incharge for routine operational matters of the Accident & Emergency Department. He will perform his duties under the supervision of Dr. Nousheen Razi, Deputy Executive Director, and will report to the Executive Director through the proper channel.
Dr. Irfan Siddiqui, who also holds an MBA in Healthcare Management, has been serving in JPMC's Emergency Department for more than three years. During his tenure, he has played an active role in managing emergency services, addressing operational challenges, and supporting the department's academic and administrative functions.
Known for his dynamic and proactive approach, Dr. Irfan has led and participated in numerous academic sessions, awareness campaigns, training workshops, and professional development activities aimed at strengthening emergency healthcare services and enhancing the capacity of healthcare professionals.
